What I found at Petra Academy was a vision for education that emphasized God’s handiwork in all subjects and His sovereignty in all pursuits. To be a part of a staff that cares deeply for their students, is passionate about what they teach, and recognizes the responsibility that is placed upon them has been an abundant blessing. Christ-centered culture makers are being formed in our hallways and I’m excited that my children are now a part of what is being done by Petra Academy.

It is only by God’s sovereignty and grace that he gave us the Petra community. We never envisioned our children attending a Classical Christian school, but from the beginning, we were blessed by Petra Academy’s educational experience, the faculty and staff, and the true care my children and I have received. That was never more evident than four years ago when my husband was killed in a tragic accident. The Petra community surrounded us with love and support.
