FACILITY RENTALS

Facility rentals at Petra Academy are available year round. From the Performance hall to they Gym, the Cafeteria to the Library, you can utilize the space we offer for an event, camp, or sport. Lincoln Wilmoth, our Facilities Director, can help you navigate your rental and the services available. You can email him directly, or use the form at the bottom of the page.

If you are ready to submit a rental request, please check availablility by clicking the facility rental calendar button below, then click the facility rental request button to submit your event for review and consideration. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for requests to be processed.  If you or your group are new renters to the school please make your request no less than two weeks prior to your event to allow for the completion of paperwork.  We require all sports groups to provide a copy of their liability insurance policy prior to occupancy.
